For organisations that take a "own our infrastructure" attitude at a slightly higher upfront cost. We offer a wide variety of managed services options. For example, maybe you simply want to host the equipment in-house and we carefully monitor its health and do preventative maintenance for you. Or maybe you want a more comprehensive plan with integrated training with local ICT staff regular security audits and more. In addition to the applications and technologies we directly support (Refer to our Solutions by Industries and Products) we also can manage more heterogenous environments made up of equipment from different vendors. Note that direct online subscription is not yet available as most our clients can not pay online. They are here for informational purposes and subscriptions are managed directly in person or via email.

An homogeneous environment in this case would either mean you are running all NuzuSys hardware products or your own hardware with all Linux operating system which NuzuSys would be able to install it's own set of configuration and automation management tools on

We closely monitor the availability and quality of the important services running on your network (e.g. a database system, your HR system). You then have the ability to see the % of run time over periods of time for any of your services (e.g. you database systems), we're alerted when services go down and imediately take action hopefully before you even notice it.

We collect all important health metrics of your critical network components (e.g. CPU usage, memory usage, disk space available, network bandwidth, In/Out connections). We closely analyse these and set thresholds to receive alerts providing an important aspects of preventative maintenance.

We closely monitor the Internet link making sure you have all the necessary data to demonstrate whether or not you are getting the Internet connection and badnwdith you are suppose to. This also is an important tool for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of Internet related problems.

WARNING! The backup feature for the on-premise hosting largely depends on your own setup. While we can monitor your existing backups we do not offer additional backup for on-premise hosting. This part would carefully need to be assessed and discussed with client and may require additional work on-premise before this feature is available.

Means we look after all updates of the operating systems, firmware and other core systems.

Supported applications are all the technologies supported by Nuzusys, see full list here. The proper maintenance of the applicatoins running on the platform is another critical layer in securing your system against malicious attackers.
