This projects consist in layout the foundation for a professional national education management information system (EMIS) in the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM)

Main project features: Adopt and customize a flexible Pacific EMIS, improve data management, improve monitoring and evaluation processes
Positions held: Senior Programmer, Data Analyst, Trainer, MIS Expert, ICT Consultant,
Activities performed: data cleanup and processing, remote and in-country support, thorough needs analysis, and currently undertaking adoption of Pacific EMIS to FSM, building new feature to the EMIS needed in FSM especially for monitoring and evaluation of school/teacher performance and resources, deploying new EMIS, developing eSurvey technology to collect all necessary data for core key education indicators agreed by stakeholders, test and train staff on import of eSurvey into EMIS database for further processing and analysis, improving collaborative effort in development of Pacific EMIS
